UFIXX No Leak Grout & Tiles Waterproof Sealer is a specialised solvent-based clear waterproof sealer designed to seal grout lines and tile joints to prevent water leakage.

It is ideal for tiled areas where the waterproofing membrane is faulty or undetectable. The sealer prevents moisture from penetrating behind tiles, which helps to reduce tile cracking, rusting, mould growth, and maintenance costs.

🧱 SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be firm, clean, dry, and free from mould.
Replace defective grout and remove all silicone or acrylic sealants from tile joints before application.

📐 COVERAGE
500ml covers approximately 15m²

🖌 APPLICATION

• Apply using a small brush onto all grout lines and tile joints

• Second coat can be applied immediately

• A third coat may be required for very porous grout

• Allow 24 hours curing time before using shower

• Test on a small area before full application

• Clean tools with turpentine
